shipping and delivery
For security reasons, Mujae online purchases will require an adult signature upon delivery. Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses or to any address outside of your billing & purchase order country. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow 7-10 business days for delivery of your order. Orders are processed and delivered Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. In addition, Mujae cannot be held responsible for unanticipated delivery delays beyond our control.
Shipping methods and fees
Orders are shipped via FedEx of Canada post. All Orders placed by 3pm EST, mon-fri will be delivered within 5-7 days from purchase date. Mujae is not responsible for custom delays or delays beyond our control.
Tracking
A FedEx shipping confirmation will be emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.
