These are the terms and conditions which will apply to your purchase of clothing, accessories and other goods (“Goods”) from the Mujae Group, Inc web site www.mujae.com (the “Website”). This Website and the Goods are provided by Mujae Group Inc, a company registered in Toronto, Ontario with a registered office at 3300 Bloor Street West, Suite 3140, 11th Floor, Center Tower, Toronto, Ontario, Canada M8X 2X3

(“we”, “us”, “our”). When we refer to “you” and “your” we mean the user of the Website and purchaser of Goods.

By purchasing Goods, you agree to accept the terms and conditions set out from us.

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between us and you and describe the terms and conditions applicable to your use of our website and the services we offer including the sale of Goods to consumers.

We strongly recommend that you read these terms and conditions. You can also access and read any other information contained on other pages or websites referred to in these terms and conditions as they may contain further terms and conditions that apply to you.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions under which the Website and the Goods are provided. Any such change in terms and conditions will be effective to all new orders once included in the text of these terms and conditions and published on the Website. You should review the terms and conditions posted on the Website periodically to ensure that you are aware of and comply with the current version. The www.mujae.com website is provided for a sole personal use. Any other commercial purpose is not allowed.

NEW CUSTOMER

You may browse and purchase on our website without need to register.

If you only wish to receive our newsletters and seasonal offer notifications you can subscribe entering your details and email address on the CONTACT US page or at the bottom page of the HOME page. In order to record your personal information, create an account with us and receive our newsletters you can choose the REGISTER option.

Creating an account with us, you will be given an option to register your card payment details too. This will make all your subsequent purchases faster and hassle-free. Mujae Group will not be able to access to such information and therefore we recommend to report possible misuse or change of such important information as we cannot be liable for any mistake or fraudulent use.

DESCRIPTIONS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, prices, photographic representations and descriptions of products are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. However, due to factors such as differences in monitors and screen settings, we are unable to guarantee the following:

• that the colour you will see on your monitor will accurately reflect the colour of the product.

• all sizes and measurements are approximate.

• all Goods are subject to availability- we may not be able to supply your order.

• any delivery estimates given on the Website or by email are estimates only.

Please refer to our RETURNS POLICY if you are unhappy with your purchase.

ONLINE SHOPPING

Your Order only constitutes an offer to purchase Goods from us, and does not form a binding contract until accepted by us. Where you order more than one product your Order contains a series of offers for each product individually.

All prices displayed on our website are quoted in USD and or CND. Delivery charges may apply and these will be displayed in the order process.

Your package will be sent DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). You will be responsible for paying any local tax or import duties arising at the delivery destination which are not included in the price of the products. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced directly to you from DPD or any other courier responsible for your delivery. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to order completion.

All prices are quoted exclusive of postage. The shipping charge will be applied during the checkout process.

Once you have confirmed your order we will issue you with a Mujae Group order reference number and or shipping number which will appear in your order confirmation and will be sent to the email address you have provided. Please ensure that you save this number for any references.

On placing an order with Mujae Group, you are making an offer to us to purchase the product selected in accordance with these terms. Please note that we may not always be able to accept your offer. All orders are subject to availability and ACCEPTANCE.

We may apply from time to time reductions against the normal prices of selected goods or their shipping costs. These offers may be visible on the product pages or applied automatically at the checkout stage of your purchase transaction.

TELEPHONE SALES

Mujae Group will be glad to help all customers in placing an order via our website.

Customers can contact us at +1 (416) 214-1117 from 9am to 5pm EST, Monday to Friday (except for public holidays).

Telephone sales cannot be processed via any Mujae Group stores, concessions or third party department stores.

Although an order is placed via telephone, and the payment is taken, Mujae Group reserves the decision to not proceed with the dispatch. This complies with our order and payment ACCEPTANCE policy.

ACCEPTANCE

Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will be required to enter your payment details.

Your order will be acknowledged by an order confirmation email containing an order reference number. This information will be automatically emailed to the recipient address you have provided at the time of your order.

Unless you cancel your order in accordance with our CANCELLATION policy, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Mujae Group will take place when we dispatch the goods to you.

For the safeguard of both the consumers and Mujae Group we would be checking the information provided with our third party credit card gateway provider. This is solely aimed for a secure trading and to prevent any fraudulent or inappropriate use of personal and payment details.

Also, Mujae Group may request additional proofs of the purchaser’s personal details in order to verify their truthfulness.

We do reserve the right to not accept your order. Such non-acceptance may result from one or more of the following reasons:

-The product you order is out of stock;

-Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment;

-We consider the payment information not to be fully genuine.

-We have identified a pricing or product description error or might have missed the error initially.

Furthermore, we retain the express right not to process a transaction at any time at our sole discretion. In this event, we will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from Mujae Group Online Shop, whether or not such products have been sold.

Mujae Group reserves the right to follow legal procedures to guarantee a genuine and safe trading.

PAYMENT, SAFETY AND SECURITY

We do accept all major payment cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.  More options may be added in future or current cards may be changed and no longer acceptance at the discretion of Mujae.

Payments will be debited and cleared from your account upon receipt of your Order by Mujae Group. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.

If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to Mujae Group, we will not be able to process your Order and a message will appear informing you that the transaction cannot be processed.

Mujae Group, together with its partners, takes all reasonable care to make its Online Shop as secure as they can.

To help ensure that your online shopping experience is safe, Mujae Group uses industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Users cannot inadvertently reveal personal information by using an unsecure connection.

Although we will employ all reasonable care to ensure that details of your order and payment are held secure, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from Mujae Group Online Shop.

DELIVERY

Delivery times are subject to stock availability and to possible delays due to credit card authorisation, compliance with customs controls and any other factors outside our control.

We will only ship to countries featured in our shipping list and will not honour orders requiring delivery to any destination outside the countries listed. Once the order is placed, if the address entered does not correspond to the country selected, the order will be cancelled. We strongly advise not to have orders delivered to P.O. Boxes or BFPO addresses as they will not be accepted by the courier.  We will not issue refunds for any order attempts to P.O Boxes or BFPO addresses.

Our chosen courier for delivery is FedEx.

We will take all reasonable steps to deliver your goods within 30 days of your order, unless we have stock limitations or have agreed a longer period with you or if delays outside our control occur.

All deliveries require a signature, so please ensure somebody is in to sign for the goods. If you are not in to receive goods, you can contact the courier FedEx, to arrange a new delivery time. You also have the opportunity to add any special delivery instructions during the ordering process. We can take no responsibility for any delivery problems arising from incomplete or incorrect address details supplied by you.

If you prevent delivery of the goods by (for example) failing to supply the courier or your local customs tax office with necessary information or documentation, or failing to pay local customs, taxes or courier’s administration fees so your package is returned to us, any resulting return charge will be deducted from the amount refunded to you in respect to that order.

In the interest of security we reserve the right to despatch the product(s) purchased on this site to the billing address belonging to the credit card used as payment and not to the nominated delivery address supplied by you.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

Your satisfaction is our number one priority!

We will offer a refund or exchange (if the requested stock is available) on any unworn/unused goods (faulty or otherwise) within 14 days of delivery. For sale goods within fourteen days. You must return the goods to us and we will not exchange any item without a receipt or satisfactory proof of purchase prior to sending us the item back.

Items must be returned in or with their original packaging with their labels intact and not worn.  At any time, Mujae Group, we will not be held responsible for any damage or loss of the returning items.

Refunds and exchanges must be made through the website. Please note that you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the items while they are in your possession, and if you fail to do so we may have a right to make a claim against you for compensation.

Mujae Group will not be responsible for covering the return charges unless the goods received are faulty or incorrectly supplied. In both cases the right items will be replaced without incurring in any additional charge.

Where promotional discounts are applied to orders, those orders are non refundable.  All sales are final on promotional items for sale.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is defective.

How and where to return for refund or exchange:

If you are not satisfied with the products received please return the unwanted goods within 14 days from the delivery date.

Please make sure that any items you would like to return are unused in their original packaging and in saleable conditions with any label still attached. Along with the goods make sure you will be sending the Return Form.  This is extremely important as it will help us in issuing a refund or exchange. Absence of such document may result in a delay or not applicability of the refund or exchange request.

Refunds are only credited on the same card used for paying the original order. Orders paid with a Mujae Group Online Gift Certificate will be refunded issuing a new gift certificate. A notification will be sent to the recipient’s address. We will refund the delivery costs only if a faulty or incorrect item has been provided by us.

We always aim to honour an exchange. If the item requested is out of stock we will contact you and give you a choice of an alternative product or a refund. We will cover the cost of shipping the new item to the original delivery address. If you wish to modify, exchange or cancel your order please contact our Customer Service at via telephone at 416-214-1117 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm EST).

Sometimes it will not be possible to stop an order from being dispatched. If your order has already been fully processed and dispatched please follow the returns policy.

  • These Terms of Use shall be governed by the internal laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without giving effect to principles of conflict of laws. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts sitting in Toronto, Canada, to resolve any disputes arising under this Terms of Use. In each case these Terms of Use shall be construed and enforced without regard to the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods.
  • Any correspondence, notice or request permitted to be given under or in connection with these Terms of Use shall be sent by prepaid, certified, first class mail, or courier service with receipt of delivery obtained directly to Mujae Group, Inc. addressed as follows:
